To celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s 90th birthday, JUST EAT, the world leader in online and mobile food ordering, has partnered with Darren McGrady, personal chef to Her Majesty The Queen for 15 years to create an exclusive menu comprising HM’s favourite dishes, available for delivery over the birthday celebration weekend; 10th-12thJune.
Allowing JUST EAT fans to eat like the Queen for the weekend, the three course menu created by Darren McGrady will be available for delivery exclusively from JUST EAT partner restaurant Wolfe’s Bar and Grill, a 40-year-old dining institution in Great Queen Street, London.
The partnership marks the first time consumers will be able to order the dishes favoured by Her Majesty to enjoy at home or with friends. The royal menu includes Gleneagles pate as a starter; layered smoked trout, salmon and mackerel mousse wrapped in smoked salmon and served with sauce suedoise, Gaelic steaks for the main; fillet of beef or venison in a whiskey and mushroom cream sauce served with rice and Chocolate Perfection Pie for dessert; well known to be one of Her Majesty’s favourite desserts, to be ordered by the slice or as a whole dessert to be shared with family or taken to one of the many street parties over the weekend.
Wolfe’s Bar & Grill owner Kostas Gkikas says, “We are thrilled to launch this very special menu with JUST EAT and Mr McGrady to celebrate our great Queen’s birthday, and allow our customers to celebrate the occasion in the regal style and eat like the Queen for a day, in their own dining rooms or at a party with their neighbours.”
