Hodes UK, a London-based full-service creative employer branding agency, announced today its position with Symphony Talent, a New York-based comprehensive talent acquisition solutions provider. This strategic realignment will bring together Hodes UK and the U.S.-based Hodes arm under a new Hodes Global brand within Symphony Talent. The synchronicity of the Hodes creative and employer brand capabilities with the solutions that sit under Symphony Talent – from next-generation recruitment marketing to employee engagement technology – will redefine how employers connect with talent. As part of the transition, Hodes UK Managing Director, Simon Phillips, will take on the role of chief creative & brand officer for Hodes globally, and will also serve as the managing director of Symphony Talent in Europe.
