Business profile: IgluSki is the UK’s largest retailer of ski holidays. We have over 40 in-house experts based at our offices in Wimbledon, who each have extensive knowledge and are committed to finding you the right holiday at the best value. Collectively, we have 17,000+ days skiing between us, so we really have been around! We know every nook of every mountain — and with over 250,000 holidays on our site, there is nobody that comes close to matching our expertise and variety.

We are a completely independent company and are not financially connected with any ski tour operator. This fully independent viewpoint lets us go the extra mile to find you the best choice, unlike many high street retailers. We can provide unbiased, impartial and honest advice on ski holidays. We offer over 90% of the UK ski package holiday market, meaning there aren’t many stones left unturned.

Customers can be sure that their money is safe with Iglu Ski, we are financially secure and members of both ABTA (in fact, our CEO Richard Downs is on the Board of Directors) and ATOL. As a member of ABTA, we benefit from ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting our customer’s money if the supplier/tour operator fails.

Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask what protection is available. Our flight-inclusive packages, where we’re the principal, are financially protected by our substantial Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL, #2987). Customer will be issued with an ATOL Certificate outlining proof of your protection upon booking. All other holidays, where we are the principal but do not include a flight, are protected under Iglu’s Association of British Travel Agents bond (ABTA, #J0332).
