London Airbnb management firm Pass the Keys have recently completed a seed funding round of £350,000 led by prominent London based VC firm Talis Capital. The funds will be invested in further technological development, customer service and market expansion.
Founded by Alexander Lyakhotskiy and Zoe Vu upon completing an MBA with London Business School, Pass the Keys are in their second year of operation and growing quickly. They have recently been accepted into the highly prestigious London Business School incubator programme, which will broaden the team’s exposure to expert guidance at this crucial time.
Alexander Lyakhotskiy, co-founder and CEO said: “We are very excited about the backing from Talis Capital. These new funds will allow us to continue our disruption of the London housing market and help us further improve the service we provide to our clients, as well as accommodating the increasing demand.”
Vasile Foca, co-founder and Managing Partner of Talis Capital will become a new Investor Director, providing advice and support which will enable the company to realise its ambitions for growth and continuous improvement. “Proptech, particularly on the property management side, is fast becoming the key enabler for property owners to capitalise on the opportunities within the On-Demand economy, and is a sector we have been following closely for some time,” explains Vasile. “Alexander and his team have created a truly differentiated offering in Pass the Keys in what is such a fragmented market, and we are very excited to begin our journey with them.”
