People Insight Relaunch & the New PEARL Model of Engagement

London based Employee Engagement and Culture Consultancy, People Insight, has undergone a total brand review and today unveils its new website, to support its evolution to a company going further than its simple employee survey heritage.
Furthermore, they share for the first time the new PEARLTM model of engagement, developed by Dr. George Margrove PhD. The model reflects the increasingly recognised impact on employees of stress and wellbeing, new technologies and cultural shifts from the retirement of Baby Boomers, transitioning to a workforce led by Generation X and millennials.
Dr George Margrove said, “Developing PEARLTM involved a comprehensive study combining occupational psychology & business experience, extensive literature review and statistical analysis of over 20 million data points.

The new website aims to build a relationship with existing and potential clients, via best practice case studies and the latest research reports, highlighting the company’s three service pillars:
– Employee Surveys – generating culture and engagement data via deep dive or pulse surveys, based on the PEARLTM model
– People Analytics – combining survey and HR data to uncover the drivers of engagement and performance to improve business results
– Expert Consultancy – providing hands-on support for leaders and managers to make the changes they want to see
Commenting on the rebrand, which has been achieved in partnership with creative agency Torpedo, People Insight’s Managing Director, Tom Debenham said;
