FX Empire a global leader in financial news and analysis initiates a Charitable Giving program in order to merge its pillars of company performance and honest reporting with integrity, in order to promote its ethical business standards internally.
The company which first opened its doors in 2011, has recently implemented an Ethics Program where it encourages its staff members to give half a day each week from work in order to volunteer with a host of charities of their choice.
Some of the firm’s staff members choose to work with Holocaust survivors, while others help refugee children or pack food for the needy.
The benefits of the company’s philanthropic activity have proven widespread, as well of course as helping the charities themselves it has proven to be most beneficial internally too.
The company CEO Itay Rand said, “We asked our staff how this type of weekly activity is benefiting them. There was a general consensus that this is a positive way to give to the community and they had noticed benefits to themselves too. Some employees said that this activity keeps them engaged in the company, they stress it boosts morale and helps them feel they are working towards a common goal, which in turn boosts teamwork. We would definitely recommend a program like this to our partner firms and friends.”
The socially responsible trading news website is gearing up for a big year in the remainder of 2016. The company plans the launch of a new product, which will take place by Q4 2016. Their lofty endeavor aims to bring the flagship product “FX Empire” into a new visionary space, which puts user interaction and Mobile First.
These innovative and exciting changes coincide with recent corporate structural changes inside FX Empire’s team. These changes saw a management reshuffle which brought a new CEO Itay Rand, while the former CEO Eran Tal was promoted to Chairman of this enterprising firm. Since then the company has also managed to double its size in terms of staff members.
