The Curve Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing Recruitment and HR Outsourcing companies, announces today that it has been appointed to provide Recruitment and Training Outsource services to Provident Personal Credit Limited, which is part of the Provident Financial Group. Founded in 1880, Provident Personal Credit is the largest home credit business in the UK & Ireland, serving c.1 million customers with loan products in the convenience of their home.
The Curve Group will be managing a large-scale campaign for the business; assisting it in, engaging and on-boarding some 3,000 Customer Experience Managers across the UK in 2017 this will include delivering a training program to all those engaged in the new roles which amounts to over 17,000 delegate training days.
