SuperGlass, the number one glass repair brand has partnered with digital job platform provider Oneserve to create an outstanding job management software offering.
Customers of SuperGlass have varied requirements of job recording depending on the way they manage their fleet vehicles or indeed their customers when it comes to rental and insurance businesses.
Director of the UK franchise business Phil Wells explained that customer requirements span from an invoice to a fully documented job completion sheets with customer signatures.
‘We decided to create a digital job recording system that has the capabilities to satisfy all of our customers and to protect our individual franchise business partners. Our UK business has enjoyed significant growth since its arrival from the US in 2014 where the parent business is 25 years mature and serves the largest fleets across the country. Surpassing our customer’s requirements is always at the core of our business development and creating a future proofed platform was key to the project, as was creating a convenient structure that was accessible to our largest clients online.’
Mr Wells further explained; ‘Oneserve is the perfect partner for us. They are experts in this field and most of the structures needed were already available on their lite platform. As a franchise operation network, built from individually owned businesses our requirements created a few complications but Oneserve but they listened and certainly delivered for us’
