Thymometrics, provider of real time employee engagement and feedback solutions, today announced that it has named Jerry Pett as its new Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Pett, who is co-founder of Thymometrics and has served as their CTO, assumes the role from co-founder Hugh Tonks, who has led the company’s growth since its founding five years ago.

Hugh Tonks, who co-founded Thymometrics in 2012, has now taken up his new role as Vice President of Innovation & Engineering, and also that of Chairman. Thymometrics was originally conceived by Tonks and this new position enables him to continue to drive product innovation.
Thymometrics announced today two further changes to Directors’ roles:
– David Godden has increased his remit to include sales strategy & growth at Thymometrics, becoming Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Godden, an accomplished sales and marketing veteran, will be responsible for expanding Thymometrics’ rapid global growth.
– Chris Reilly has taken on a new role as Vice President Business Development. Reilly will focus on major partnerships and large global accounts.
